Springmakers manufacture a wide a variety of pressings to our customers' exact specific requirements. Our full design and prototyping service allows the time between initial conception to working product to take only a matter of hours. Precision flat and 3D forms and components in low to medium volume are a specialty.

Computer Controlled Wire-Erosion
Our manufacturing capabilities include computer controlled wire-erosion machinery that enables low volume highly complex shapes to be produced in a short space of time. Typically our range extends from 0.15mm to 3mm thick, in a wide variety of materials:
- CS70
- CS80 Hardened and Tempered
- Stainless Steel 302/304/316
- Brass / Beryllium Copper
Various plating and finishes can be applied to improve resistance to adverse environments:
- Zinc Plate (Yellow/silver etc)
- Nylon Coatings (e.g. Xylan)
- Delta Tone/Seal
- Powder-coating in any colour
- Light Oil Coating
